Crunchy red berries, cherries and currants with a lick of sweet spice and a savoury earthy note. Medium-bodied, beautifully smooth, light tannins, with a long, fruit-filled ending.

The winery is Emiliana, who have been certified organic since the 90s, and since 2006, are also certified biodynamic, a system which follows and allows nature’s own processes at its own rhythm, without the intervention of external elements.

Food match: pair with mushroom dishes, duck or game.
