At Molloys Liquor Stores, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, returns are generally accepted only for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. We offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues and initiate a return request.
Notify Our Team
Contact us within 14 days of receipt via email or phone to report any breakage, corked wine, or incorrect items, providing your order number and photo evidence where applicable.
Secure the Packaging
Ensure the items are placed back in their original protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit; bottles must be unopened and seals must remain intact.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Depending on your location and the reason for return, we will either arrange a courier collection or provide instructions for you to return the items to any Molloys Liquor Store location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.
