Bright ruby red colour, with soft tannin, and plenty of ripe morello cherry, hints of kirsch and vanilla.  This is a really good example of Piedmont's popular Barbera variety- a wine made for glugging with ease.  It's a delicious all-rounder, very versatile, go-to wine, for drinking with or without food.       

Enjoy with red meats, duck and cherry/plum sauce, mushroom dishes.
