Johannes Leitz, the producer, makes a proper wine, then removes the alcohol. This wine has been recommended in the press, and has found a loyal following. It is dry, with citrussy lime and ripe red apples and a touch of wet stone.

Enjoy with white meats, like roast pork and apple sauce.
