This is the perfect party wine, made from the traditional Cava grapes of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo which are sourced from a single vineyard at 250m altitude, 6km from Sant Sadurni d'Anoia.
Made in the traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages on it's lees, in the bottle, for 12-15 months before release.
Full of ripe apple aromas and notes of toasty brioche. It's easy drinking with moreish orchard fruit characters and bright acidity.
Ideal to serve with appetisers and tapas or just by itself.
