A superb, premium Pinot Grigio, from Friuli-Grave, in the north east of Italy.  This wine is aged for six months on its lees, giving a richer mouthfeel.   The flavour profile is a little richer, giving hints of acacia blossom, peach and a hint of nutmeg.  This wine regularly gets very high ratings, and is a must-try Pinot Grigio! The Tralcetto is a piece of vine, attached to each bottle.

Lovely on its own, or with fish, shellfish and lighter meals.
